Website CSS styles not loading periodically

Every so often & at random times when I load my website, it does not load properly and is not applying my css styles. If I purge SG cache and refresh it loads fine and works for some time until it happens again. My concern is that I have to keep checking the site to make sure it is loading properly on a regular basis and that is not very reliable. Please advise.
