• Hi! I have lots of problems with my website, including error 500s, and the error logs show issues with visual portfolio.
I get hundreds of these messages:
[17-Oct-2018 17:41:03 UTC] PHP Fatal error: ob_start(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /home1/puzzleq4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/visual-portfolio/classes/class-images.php on line 101
Do you know what the reason is?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@logaritym Please do not ever offer anyone, author or not, access to your site again like that. I have removed your offer.

This may be caused because of a 3rd-party plugin, that uses ob_start() function also. Try to deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

Post here this plugin name, I’ll check for its code to resolve the bug.

    Hello @nko
It looks like Visual Portfolio clashes with the caching plugin SWTE. Separately, both of them work fine, but together, the website goes down. Is it possible to figure out together with the SWTE team a solution for this problem? SWTE is one of the most popular caching plugins and it will be nice to be able to use it with VP.
Also, any news on the premium version of Visual Portfolio?

    Hi.

Added GitHub issue, but it is in low priority as all popular caching plugins work fine with Visual Portfolio. https://github.com/nk-o/visual-portfolio/issues/101

Work on PRO addon is not yet started. As we have a lot of opened issues on GitHub, some of them should be resolved first. The main task – is the visual portfolio builder for Gutenberg (WordPress 5). Then I can start work on the paid addon.

    Regards, nK.

    Hi NK,
Actually, close the issue for now… I switched my hosting and tried to use again the two plugins. No issues for 2 days already, maybe it will be OK. Will update again.
