Website crashed need to restore

    my client’s website https://www.melimelogreenwich.com was having a whitescreen of death. I attempted to restore a backup, but can’t figure out how to restore the database files from the backup because it is a total crash, no site, no wp-admin dashboard, no phpmyadmin, just white screen. I have FTP access through filezilla and I have the backup files, both zipped and unzipped. How can I get it running again. Please help.

  • Do you have a backup of the sql file?

    You should have access to phpMyAdmin through the cPanel unless the server has crashed…

    it looks like it was a server crash, I had no access to cPanel or any other admin functions, but the site is up again. So, the crash must have been resolved. Thanks for responding to the post.
