    Good afternoon!

I’m a bit new to WordPress and today I tried going to our website and it’s crashed. I’ve tried to log into WordPress and it is also giving me an error..

    Class ‘TEC\Common\Contracts\Service_Provider’ not found

I’m not sure how to resolve this.. Any help is appreciated.

  • ftp to your server, and go to the plugins directory, and rename the events plugin folder to deactivate the plugin. That should let you log back in.

You won’t loose any data. It’s all in the database, but the event plugin will not work.

Hopefully they get this figured out pretty quickly

I had the same thing happen on my site

It won’t let me into our site or into the back-end to do anything. ??

Reach out to your hosting company they will be able to provide you with support on how to deactivate the plugin.

After that keep in mind that our team launched a version earlier that should address this issue that blocked you

Before reporting anything back, please ensure that:

    • You have manually updated to Version 2.9.18 of Pods (if you have that plugin)
    • You are on the latest version of Event Tickets (5.6.1.2) and The Events Calendar (6.1.2.2)
    • If you have Virtual Events, specifically updated the Virtual Events manually to (1.5.1)
    • All of the other premium add-ons are properly updated.

If you are still running into issues after that, please make sure you include the error log message that you are seeing when you activate the Extension.

    Best Regards,
