Website Crash – Redux Framework Plugin

  • It appears that my site keeps crashing and the Redux Framework plugin goes missing.

    This is the 2nd time I’ve had to go into my FTP, delete the previous Redux empty folder and re-install the plugin again for the website to funciton properly.

    Why does this keep happening? I shouldn’t have to constantly do the same thing again and again. I don’t have time to be constantly checking the site hourly each day so why does the plugin keeps disappearing after having to install it again?

    Quick response would be great.

  • @jonelp I have never heard of anything like this. We have no code in Redux that would have it “disappear.”

    Contact your host and see if something is going on. I am really at a loss with this one. Are you sure your WordPress install hasn’t been hacked?
