Website Crash Loading issue and resolutions for some major things

Hi Team,
I want to address few issues and also need resolution for understanding royal elementors addon plugins and template that i am using.

Each page in Website is being crashed while loading website. padding settings and section edits are changing after few days when updating.

I request you to provide a complete documentation of royal elementors addons plugins and themes features and usage to know complete about to use royal elementors.

Also I need to prepare a portfolio page for my digital marketing agency pls suggest any plugins or page template available in royal addons to make my work better and faster.
