Website Contact Form Not Always Working

  • Dear all,

    Our website has a contact form, it doesn’t always work, ie sometimes it didn’t return the details entered by guests on the contact form.

    Does anybody know why did this happen?
    Has it got anything to do with “email address not in same domain as the website” ?

    Is it part of your theme, a plugin, custom coded?
