Are you using the standard contact form with Gravida or a plugin?

Link website as well, might help me narrow the problem down.

I believe it was probably he standard, I didn’t build the website.

The most common reason for this is that your WordPress hosting server is not configured to use PHP mail() function.

Read here on how to fix this, you may also consider using a plugin instead.

Try WP SMTP plugin first to check whether emails are sending from your site or not.

Postman SMTP has an email log so you can actually check whether emails are sending from your contact form or not.

Was unable to resolve the problem. The contact form would not forward to my domain email. Had to build a gmail account and now the contact form is forwarded to that and it is working fine.
