I am posting this issue – using the new account that was just set up using the email that we used for our prior site. Usually – one is blocked from setting up a new account if the email is currently in use.

You will need to take it up with whoever does run your site. You don’t have an “account” with us to manage a website, because we don’t manage websites, we just make software.

Changing your website login would not change the database login. They are separate.

Your login here has *nothing at all* to do with the login to your website. They are also separate. Your website has nothing to do with www.remarpro.com — wp.org does not host it, back it up, or have any access.

Looks like GoDaddy (or one of their resellers) is your host so you might want to touch base with them.

I have no idea how the ‘lets image’ website fits into all this…
