    Hi Team,

    In the pinned topic, you mentioned that we can still use the website checkout feature, but that is not the case since my shop suddenly disappeared on both Facebook and Instagram, and I am not able to tag any products.

    I really hope you can find a solution with Facebook as soon as possible as this made a significant negative impact on my business.

  • Hi @shoptak,

    I’m afraid Facebook ended support for “Checkout on another website” (website checkout) on August 10th. Facebook for WooCommerce is currently not compatible with Facebook/Instagram Shop until further notice.

    However, you can continue to utilize the plugin to run ads – promoting your catalog across Meta platforms. Your products will continue to sync as expected to the Facebook catalog, allowing you to promote your product catalog via ads. (The issue is specific to Shops)
