Website changes are not visible

  • We have recently revised our start page. Previously, we built the page mainly with elements from the SiteOrigion editor. Now we have switched to Elementor Pro. However, the changes are not visible. However, if you then click on “Edit with Elementor”, you can see all the current Elementor Pro widgets in preview mode, but these are not displayed to the user in the frontend.

    Apologies for the delay.

    I guess you are having two page builder plugins, that may cause script conflict between the two. Ideally you should have one page builder plugin. Have you tried disabling one of them?

    @kharisblank Thank you very much for your answer.

    We use both SiteOrigin and Elementor for our website. However, the switch from SiteOrigin to Elementor (renewal of some pages) has not been a problem so far and the content was displayed correctly afterwards. The content is listed in the editing mode of Elementor and also displayed in the preview window, but it is not displayed in the frontend after the update. This problem has so far only occurred on the start page, there have been no conflicts on any other edited pages.
