Website can not be seen from Ukraine

    I have a website in Hungarian, Ukrainian and Russian. The server is in Hungary. My problem is that many users from Ukrain can not see it somehow. There is no server restriction for Ukraine.

    I have no idea what can cause it, do you have any idea?
