Website being flaged has a bussines

Hello, IT manager of a school in Azores, Portugal.
I have used JetPack stats for many years, but now all of the sudden its asking me pay a plan because the website is flagged as a comercial website?
It’s a school website.
We dont sell anything, we dont solicit donations or sponserships, we dont have ads on the website.
The only thing that changed recently is that to save costs we quit the webhosting we used and now have a local webserver passing through Cloudflare (free plan btw).The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
