Website backend drops for 1.5 hours

Hello,
I tested 10web on my STG site, but after activation, the backend was lost within 1.5 hours.
it’s normal? Is this some 10WEB configuration?
My server is WPEngine, is there any incompatibility?
ps:. I tested it on 2 more STG websites and had the same problem.
