Website Admin very slow

  • Hello,

    When I log into my website’s admin, everything loads very slowly. I tried to visit Plugins – Add new plugin and after waiting a while, it showed an error:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    This happens only with my website, so it’s not a wi-fi issue. Any help would be appreciated.

  • If you are using free hosting, its that.
    If you are not, disable all plugins and use the defualt theme to test, then turn everyhting back on to find the culprit.

    Thanks for your reply, but I don’t think I can do that without risking damaging the site

    I see this issue in “Website Health” Your site is unable to reach www.remarpro.com at api.www.remarpro.com, and returned the error: cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10520 milliseconds

    maybe this has something to do with it?
