Website access without verifying the mail

  • Hello!

    We need the users who just created the account to be unable to access the website until they verify the email. Currently I see that it allows access to the site even if you have not verified it by mail and the unverified email is not deleted after x time that it′s established.

    Can you help us with the problem?

    Under Tools, please disable the option for Delete unverified users and Existing user as verified option.

    After changing the setting, please try to register a user and let us know if the verification process is working.

    I updated the plugin and tried disabling the two indicated options but it still doesn’t work.

    The problem is that a newly registered user can access the web without having verified the email, and shouldn’t be able to access if they do not verify the email. I tried every option you have in the configuration and nothing changed
