I tried checking your site to replicate the issue, however, I only got a white page on my end using MS Edge and Firefox.

In deluxewine.ee website has an issue the client does not see the price and when he confirmed his purchase he pays only 5€ for shipping or 0€ without shipping. It happens after 3-4 orders (not every day)

This is strange. Does this happen for a specific product only or for all your products? Have you replicated the issue on your site too?

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

I have looked at the product pages that give 0€ while ordering, but everything is ok!
The thing is that some of the clients do not see the price then they click the button “Add to cart” and finally, they have got an invoice with 0€. It happens not in every order, but so strange because at myself I did not find this problem, using also different browsers.

The thing is that some of the clients do not see the price then they click the button “Add to cart” and finally, they have got an invoice with 0€. I

Can you please check if the products involved in these orders are the same or do they have any similarities like, both are variable products, same categories, etc.

It happens not in every order, but so strange because at myself I did not find this problem, using also different browsers.

I would love to test your site for myself as well, can you please share the URL or link to your site?

Meanwhile, you could also share this guide to your customers on how to clear their browser’s cache and see if this works?

Thanks for sharing the link to your site.

I checked your site and browsed all categories, however, I did not encounter any products which have 0€ price; even Sold Out products, still have prices with them. Furthermore, I can still see the prices up to the Checkout page.

BTW, I accessed your site using Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge.

Back to my previous question, can you please check if the products involved in these orders have any patterns, like the same product type, same categories, same customer, same location, etc?
