• The problem started with installing many plug-ins, causing all subpage of website to have error. Then I used cpanel to change the htaccess to a default one which supports multisite as my WordPress has 3subfolders: Bullet-xpress.com/orders Bullet-xpress.com/dbs. I also delete all the plugins that I installed that caused the problem. Now the original bullet.xpress.com can work properly but other 2 subfolders themes doesn’t display with lines and lines of headers hyperlinks

    I also disabled all plugins to see if it’s a plugin problem, but it still the same.

    I suspect something is wrong with my htaccess file.

    And in addition, I revert to my original htaccess that caused error 500, and deleted the line from # begin w3tc cache browser to #end w3tc cache….

    Now the main page theme isn’t working, and the 2 sub folder page is in error 404

    Can any code gurus help me pls?

  • You should only be using the multisite htaccess file if you are using WP multisite. If you have three separate wp installs that stand on their own then you need to replace the htaccess file with the default basic wp htaccess file.

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>
    # END WordPress
