webpage not opening when click 'subscribe'

  • Hi there,
    Upon clicking ‘subscribe’ on the popup maker form (SendInBlue subscription) the subscriber is suppose to see another page of my website open (www.totalnutritionreboot.com/ty as is stated in my SendInBlue settings). But when ‘subscribe’ is clicked the set webpage is not opening. The Popup form just displays the message “You have subscribed successfully”. Ideas?

    I’m wondering if this has anything to do with: Supported Taxonomies? The callback function used for the supported_taxonomies setting is missing. (since I have no knowledge of what Supported Taxonomies are, I don’t know if these two are related.

    But…. please help ??

    @cjc57 – Supported taxonomies is for custom post types and taxonomies, it will have nothing to do with your issue.

    Checking the url and testing the form there seems to be an error on success. Basically the error is indicating that it didn’t find any fields with errors.

    Not sure why but the error seems to be self contained in the form itself so Im not sure it has anything to do with Popup Maker. Would be glad to help work it out.

    Thanks Daniel,
    The form code is from my SendInBlue account where I create the form and copy the code from there into Popup Maker. The SendInBlue WP panel is where I instruct the form to open another webpage when ‘subscribe’ is clicked.
    I might be missing something, but don’t know enough as to whether it’s something I’m doing/not doing… or the plug in/s ??

    @cjc57 – What happens if you insert the form on a regular post page and not in the popup?
