    Hi,

I’ve checked all Elementor elements on this page and none are set to be hidden on tablet or mobile portrait.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and switched to Twenty Twenty Four but the issue remains.

I’ve turned on debug but there is nothing in the debug.log.

    Help appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @srd75,

Upon inspecting the page URL you provided, it seems that the containers are set to hidden in Mobile Devices. Please make sure that each container, inner containers, columns and widgets are not hidden in Mobile devices by navigating to the Advanced Tab> Responsiveness.

If the issue persists, please provide us with a screen recording of the steps you took to make sure that the containers are enabled in Mobile under the Advanced Tab> Responsiveness.

Let me know how it goes.

    Kind regards,

    Hi, @srd75.

Thank you for sharing the screencast. Can you please try the following?:

    • In the Editor, go back to the Responsive option under the Advanced tab for each section.
    • Go to the ‘Hide on Mobile Portrait’ option and toggle this on and off.
    • Save the changes.

If this doesn’t help, try taking the above steps on each element.

Let us know whether or not this resolves the issue.

    Kind Regards,

Beaut, thanks @aracelil, that fixed it.

FTR, I changed all elements to be hidden on desktop, laptop, mobile, saved the page, then reversed the change, setting all elements to show.
