Webpage doesn't load after update

    Hi there hkingtcm! It’s possible that Page Builder is causing a fatal error – which is why your pages are coming up blank. Do you by any chance have access to your PHP error logs so I can see what’s causing this fatal error in your case?

    Hi Greg,

    I do indeed. The PHP error log shows the last error was back in July and was related to a different plugin. I don’t see any errors more recent than that.

    did this involve only the custom home page or the entire website? I come up with a blank page at the moment at the custom home page. Did you find any solution? See me post here
