Webpage does not load whenever there is a WordPress update

  • Hi, I’ve had this issue for a long time now. Every time there is an update to WordPress, unless I manually update it, it comes up like this: https://ibb.co/rwcS0Bb

    Recently it happened again without an update. However, I re-installed and it got fixed. Is there a way to make sure this doesn’t keep happening? Is this an issue with OceanWP or WordPress?

    It seems content doesn’t load completely; please contact your host provider and check the server status and .htaccess file.

    In the meantime, for troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

    1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2- Deactivate all plugins.
    3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4- Check your issue.
    5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue

    Note: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, if you are using Elementor, please don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools.
