    Hi

I recently changed from using QuicCloud to Hostinger’s CDN, which is LiteSpeed enabled.
Since then, any images I upload, although they are being optimised (I know this by looking at the file size in Dev Tools > Inspect, although the images are missing the webp suffix in the file name), when I look in WP Admin > Media Library > LiteSpeed Optimisation column, it is blank for each image.

I spent 3 hours with Hostinger Help yesterday trying to find a fix, but their recommendation is to just go back to using QuicCloud, which I don’t want to do, thinking ahead!

We thought maybe it is a browser issue, so I cleared all browser caches, flushed the CDN cache using hPanel, purged LiteSpeed’s cache, and used Chrome Incognito and Firefox Private to view the page and WP Admin but the issue still remains.
I also tried changing every image in Media Library back to full size using the LS plugin, clearing/flushing/purging all caches, then changing back to WebP.

I’ve checked all the settings in the LS plugin, that are recommended by Hostinger, and they’re all correct.

Thanks in advance for any pointers you might have!

Yes, I realise the CDN/server and WebP are separate things. I’m only saying CDN because that’s where I can turn WebP on or off.

it looks like image optm stopped working.

please confirm me what is your origin server IP ?

    I am seeing xxx.xxx.15.96 and xxx.xxx.33.13

So it’s not working at the back end but working okay at the front end?
    It’s xxx.xxx.33.13

please go to my.quic.cloud -> this domain -> setting -> server IP

update it to the correct IP

wait for few minutes, clean up unfinished data, and send optimization request again
