.webp Support

  • Hi Support Team,

    Does the ColorMag theme actually support the .webp file format? I did a compression/optimization of all my images with the plugin “imagify” but it still shows the previous file format and not .webp. Is this because of the theme?

    Thanks for writing in,

    By default, the WordPress doesn’t support the .webp file extensions. Therefore, this theme follows the same idea too.
    You can use an image compression plugin to convert images into WebP image format.
