webp + resmush.it

    I am bit confused about the webp conversion.
    In the settings it says:

    Available WebP conversion tools: imagemagick, imagick, gd

    But what for and how is resmush.it used then? Can’t an online service be avoided since the needed tools are already existing anyway?
