Webp images not loading

Hi there,

Webp images are not loading for all images on my website – only a small number of them.

I have tried the method in the other support thread and the media troubleshooting information

But still can’t get all the webp images to load.

Webp images definitely exist on the server, e.g.

This one is loading on the web page:

I have tired deactiavting webp and plugin and activating several times and checked htaccess to. Is there anything else to try?
