    Hi @dreamjobma,

This is strange. While I can not be 100% sure, this could be happening as your theme loads elements after Imagify check for the source code.

At this stage, it would be best if you could temporary switch to one of WP default themes and see if WebP will show up. Based on that, we can see if this is the problem and check other possibilities.

Maybe your theme has option to load content via AJAX (or similar feature) that prevents WebP to appear.

Please let me know how this goes.

    Best Regards
    Marko

    Hello,

We have found the issue, it was a new option in the cloudways dashboard to redirect webp images and we have disabled it.

So for now all our PNG images are served as WEBP like you can see in this featured image: https://www.dreamjob.ma/emploi/juventus-academy-maroc-recrute-plusieurs-profils/

But the JPEG images are not served as WEBP like in this featured image example: https://www.dreamjob.ma/etudiants/bourses-detudes-en-egypte-2022-2023/

Can we know why so we can fix this?

    Thanks

    Hey @dreamjobma

    Thanks for your patience!

It looks like you use rewrite rules method to deliver WebP right now. However, it will not work well with Cloudflare, so that must be causing the problem. If you clear all caches, including Cloudflare cache, it should work, but this is not long-term solution as it can cache original format in the future.

Can you test this out and let me know if it worked?

If you activate picture tags method, it should work but I would have to see it in action in order to find out why it does not work if that’s the case.

    Best Regards
