    Hello!

I had your plugin installed and deactivated it again. Now when i look at my network tab, i see the images are still loaded as webp.

Enabling and disabling the plugin again and changing a bunch of settings with the plugin didn’t solve the issue.

I would like the images to be loaded as normal jpegs again.
Is there any way I could turn this behaviour off manually?

I have disabled all wordpress plugins and the same happens also with the standard “twenty twenty-three” theme activated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @armino,

    Thank you for your message.

Our plugin stops loading WebP files when deactivated. The exception is if you are using an Nginx server and have added rules to your Nginx configuration for the plugin to work. Then you also need to manually delete these rules. If you haven’t done anything like that, the standard deactivation of the plugin disables the loading of optimized images.

I checked it and your images are being optimized by your server, not by my plugin. The list of Response Headers returned for each file includes the following headers:

    • Server: hcdn
    • X-Hcdn-Cache-Edge: edge1
    • X-Hcdn-Cache-Status: HIT
    • X-Hcdn-Image-Optimizer: /q:85/w:1600 @webp
    • X-Hcdn-Info: 0.014
    • X-Hcdn-Request-Id: 617a987187707918b62af106d08a145c-srv-edge2

    Best,
    Mateusz
