    Hi there,

I’ve activated the “Generate WebP Copies of New Images” as well as the “Generate WebP Copies for existing images” in the SG Optimizer plugin, but the images displayed on my website are still PNG and JPG. How can I have them switched to WebP?

    Thank you,
    Nick

That’s normal. Check the networking tab of inspect element and you will see that they are content type webp. We do this on server level without modifying the HTML of your page for best compatibility ??

Thanks for your answer. Maybe I’m not understanding your point but even in the network tab of the inspect element, pictures are still displayed as png:

The only Webp on my page seems to be the favicon. Am I missing something here?

    Thanks
