WebP Image Format – How Can I Activate the Plugin?

I have a plugin that converts jpeg images to webp.
The current settings I have for JQuery means that ‘pin it’ doesn’t work on the image.
Its working fine on images with jpeg: https://www.beautyspace.com.au/best-coffee-scrubs-australia/
Let me know how I can fix this.
