After running all my images true Imagify with bulk processor:

    • In media lib on all images: next gen file created
    • In the settings of plugin there is a notification that for a large number of images the next gen file is misssing

When checking code: file is not served with webp

When launching creation of next gen file via settings wheel keeps on spinning but nothting happens.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Regarding the “Generate missing Next-Gen version” tool, unfortunately, there is a known glitch where sometimes it’s not related to generating Next-Gen itself, but to that counter, which might be wrong. Our developers are aware and I really hope that it will be improved soon.

However, to verify if Imagify is functioning properly, especially in terms of displaying Next-Gen images like WebP or AVIF on your site, follow these steps:

    1. Enable the “display WebP” option in your Imagify settings (Settings > Imagify). This will allow you to check if there are any images not displayed in Next-Gen format and if a Next-Gen version has been created for them.
    2. You can check if a Next-Gen version of an image is created?by appending “.webp” or “.avif” at the end of the image URL.
    3. You can also refer to the following link to learn how to check if your images are displayed in Next-Gen format on your site:?How to Check if WebP Image is Displayed on Your Site.

If your website is on CDN or Cloudflare, please select <picture> tag method, otherwise rewrite rules method to display WebP.

    Best Regards,
    Saransh
