Webp Converter enabled not workin

    Good afternoon I have the plugin enabled and the webp converter option also enabled but it has been more than 12 hours and it does not convert the images that are uploaded. I have to convert them manually from the webp converter media option, that works perfectly. On the other hand it doesn’t convert the large slider images either. Is there a patch I can put in place?     Can you please share the settings for the webp converter in the W3 Total Cache, and also, pelase let me know if the wp-cron is disabled or working as expected?
