    Hi,

I have now enabled the Htaccess variant in EWWW Image Optimizer to display WebP images and I also see the green WebP graphic icon.

But when I go to the web page, no matter how many times I reload: it shows JPGs and no WebP images. I can see this via a Chrome Extension (“View Image Infos”) and also in the Chrome Console. Everywhere it says “JPG” as the type. I can also tell by the file size compared to the WebP version (which were all generated).

If I use JS WebP Rewriting or Picture WebP Rewriting, then it works (but unfortunately not for images opened in Easy Fancybox).

But why doesn’t it work via htaccess? “Mod_Headers” is active on the Apache server, I checked that.

    Regards
