Webmaster won't recognise my Sitemap

  • Hi, I am using wordpress zeestyle theme and downloaded this plugin to generate my sitemap.
    Firstly, the only option I can find, after activating the plugin, for building a sitemap, is add new page and one of the page type options is ‘full page with sitemap’. Is this correct? Should there be another option to format a sitemap somewhere?

    Secondly, I have tested my sitemap with the Webmaster Tool and it is coming back with an error saying that it is an HTML page and cannot read it.
