  • I have been working on this problems on and off for over a week and haven’t solved it as yet and now I’m seeking help

    I want to register my website with Naver, a Korean search engine.

    My site is a private site about my tracking trip overseas, with blog and I want it searchable on the Korean search engine Naver

    On the Naver website, Webmaster Tools, it requests me to Verify the ownership of the page. I have three options: See below
    Is there a Plug-in I should use?

    I have tried adding the code HTML Tags to my theme options / integration / Add code to head of your blog

    Verify site ownership
    Please select a site owned and verification method After applying the instructions and click OK.
    * Naver blog, a farm store files directly uploaded to modify HTML tags and server hosting the web page as an impossible site can not verify ownership.

    HTML tags
    Copy the following meta tag to paste elements within the HTML file
    Meta Tag]: <meta-name = “Naver-Site-Verification” the Content = “38cf95e990b6c0521db417d1d4fd4cf66baf8073” />

    Upload an HTML file
    1 HTML verification file to download.
    Upload your HTML verification file to download to a second site
    visit 3 https://ehitw.com/naver91845026970f6cebf972027355f2deb9.html Please make sure that the HTML verification file is uploaded.

    and

    Verify your site ownership No
    If you edit an HTML tag or HTML file you need to upload to the site owned confirmation is not possible,
    you can use some of the features without a site owned by OK
    even if it is not owned confirmation URL is done for this submission reflects search.

  • Hello,

    Do you have access to the site’s files through ftp or something like that?
    if so, upload the html file that they gave you to your site’s root folder (same level as wp-content, wp-admin etc…) then continu to follow the Upload an HTML file steps (visit https://ehitw.com/<html fil name>.).
