if I tried in “all pages” it will appear but

hi, try the latest version which I just added containing a fix for this I think.

I managed to reproduce this bug locally just now where if a static page was chosen as your home/front page, it wouldn’t show the meta tag.

the bug only affected meta tags destined to show only on the home page if you’re using a static front page. all other tags work.

as for your second question, do you have example links? browsers shouldn’t affect what’s being shown, and we don’t have tags for logged in users so there shouldn’t be a difference.

It could also be the fact that you may have caching enabled, you are using W3 Total Cache with Page Caching. Changes you make to our meta tags won’t show unless you flush your cache. You can do that from the admin bar under Performance > Empty All Caches

If that doesn’t help, Can you post a screenshot of your meta tag settings?

i deactivated W3 Total cache and now its working well…Thanks

good to hear. you shouldn’t need to deactivate it though, just flushing the caches should do the trick.
