weblog title image missing

  • Under wp 1.2 we used a title (entered in Options Weblog Title:) such as:
    Name <img src=/images/image.jpg>
    and the image was loaded in the title bar.
    Under 1.5 the <img> tag seems to be treated as a part of the name string. What is the best way to put our image back in the title bar?

    Beyond the problems using an image in a text-specific field (you do realize the blog name is used in locations other than the page title, yes?), what web browser are you using that inserts an image in place of text on the title bar? I know of no browser that does this.
