(Weblizar Theme) Change Service Icons

With the four “Service Options” icons, is there a way to make them buttons? Right now when you hover the mouse over them they move, and they really look clickable, but they aren’t. The only thing clickable is the “read more” part below them.

I’d like to change them to actual buttons, is that possible?
