Webinar registration form not submitting

    Hi,
    our webinar registration form will not submitting. When we fill out the fields and click the submit button nothing happens.
    We selected a thank you page in the plugin settings.
    We made customizations in the shortcode-registration.php > There′s the same issue, when we deactivate the customizations.
    We also tried to deactivate the plugin “Really Simple Captcha” > same issue.

    Is there any way to solve this issue?

    Hello,
    can you please help us to find a way to solve the issue? The registration form is in our live website and it isn′t possible for our customers to submit the registration form for our webinars.

    Hi @kpwawp,

    There seems to be a javascript error on the page, you need to check your console.

    My advice, put the plugin back to a normal state i.e. no customisation.

    Then deactivate all plugins and use a basic theme and then see if it works…you should find it will work fine. Then slowly activate your plugins and change your theme and see where the issue is starting. Thanks,
