Webhooks stopped working after update to Version 7.5.0

Hi @martinneumannat

To help us figure out what is happening here can you give some more details of your webhook setup such as the API version.

Also can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

I haven’t been able to reproduce this.

I tried using a site with WooCommerce 7.4.1 and tested it with webhook.site by placing and order and then updating an order.
I then I upgraded to 7.5.0 and repeated the test and everything looked fine with the webhooks firing as expected and no errors in the log.

I had yesterday the webhooks fired after many days of nothing firing at all. But I dont know if it is resolved now or not, that will take more time to discover.

Thank you for sending the system report. May I ask for one more piece of information? Please navigate to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (See if there is any error visible, if so, let us know what is the error message received).

I am seeing in the webhook log the ones that did fire. For the others that did not fire there is nothing in the log file. Otherwise nothing important that I had found.

I suggest you disable any security/firewall plugin.

If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce as well as switching to Storefront.

If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.
