Webhooks from mgsend.net

    I keep receiving REST API request to:
    /wp-json/wp-mail-smtp/v1/webhooks/mailgun
    From: mg-webhook-6kgm.use4.mf.mgsend.net ( 35.212.30.195 )

    Is this normal? My WAF settings have blocked this requests, but the sending and confirmation are working as they should be.

    Im using mailgun as provider, and find out some info that mgsend is used over sandobox… but looks more like a suspicios request.

    Hi @chawake,

    Our plugin can receive email status updates from some mailer services, including Mailgun. Those status updates come from the REST API webhook like you’re seeing.

    This may be one of those responses, but our development team is double-checking to be sure. I’ll get back to you with what we find.

    Additionally, you can also reach out to Mailgun to ask them why they keep sending webhook requests back to the site.
