Hi @ghenek – Can you ensure logging is enabled in your Stripe payment settings? (WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > ‘Enable logging’)
Once enabled, please test another payment and check the logs for that failed payment at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > [find the Stripe logs for the day the test was made
You can past those here, but please be sure to remove any confidential information.
Additionally, please also include a copy of your system status report: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’
