Webhook works different while setup than when activated

I am integrating my wordpress site chargebee.
To do it, chargebee has webhook functionality to send information when some events occur inside the program.
I want to use AutomatorWP to receive the webhook and change the user role to susciber.

The problem is that while setting up the automation everythin works correctly but when I activate it, it wont function.

As a separate test I tried to use Zapier as a man in the middle (i.e. send info from chargebee to zapier, understand it there and then send only the required value to automatorwp) and it works correctly. This makes me think automatorwp has touble understanding the original information from chargebee or there is an but when I activate it.
