Webhook URL and Create Coupon Code

    I saw one of the questions about Webhook URL, It seems that it is not compulsory. However, if I don’t click on the Enable Webhook, checkbox, the Create Coupon Code is not shown. It seems that it is required in order to create automatic coupons. Is this a bug?

    Hello @ezekielion,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can create the coupons for each email template of the Follow-up email.

    If you are enabling the Webhook then you can create the separate coupon for the Webhook.

    There is no need to enable the Webhook to send the auto-generated coupon from email. You can configure the coupon from email settings.
