    Hello there,

    All webhooks keep unsubscribing every few seconds. ì have seen other people with similar issues as well. This is costing a lot of orders since customers can finish a transaction.

    Please advise.

    Hello @gentlemako

    I suggest you disconnect your PayPal account and then reconnect using the onboarding wizard: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#connect-paypal-account
    This will create a new REST App and register the webhooks again.

    Hello Femi,

    We noticed this issue is hitting Paypal, as well as our SMPT mail sender and WordPress APi as well. When this issue happens we can’t use Paypal or send any emails in addition to seeing any WordPress plugin updates or library. it seems like all APIs somehow get disconnected and then connect every few times.

    Since this is not just affecting the PayPal plugin, you should probably be looking into a plugin conflict (conflict testing) or possibly even a hosting server setting (contact hosting partner). Since this is not a constant issue, you probably can only do conflict testing during the time that such an issue is occurring.

    In order to perform a full conflict test, to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin, we recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    Hello Joost,

    Thank you for the response, We’ve already tried deactivating all plugins on the staging site, but the issue still persists, we’ve also contacted the host about it, still waiting to see where is the error coming from exactly.

    All we know so far is this is a cURL 28 timeout error.

    Please keep me updated when figuring out the resolution from other cases.
