Webhook no work – Help please !

I can’t get the webhook to work.
https://thetashablack.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_CCBillApproval and Denial work fine
Approval URL: https://thetashablack.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_CCBill&Action=CheckoutSuccess
Denial URL: https://thetashablack.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_CCBill&Action=CheckoutFailureI use Cloudflare,
i whitelisted all IP ranges.
I created these rules for the page
https://prnt.sc/wa8bnxBut it still doesn’t work.
