Webhook/event for payment failed/declined status in woocommerce

Hi

We are developing one plugin for Woocommerce which is going to generate the security score based on the historical data of the user to prevent fraud and account takeover/bot attacks.

We are looking for some event/webhook in WooCommerce which can be triggered when user payment gets failed/declined from the payment gateway.

Is there any way available possible to perform any action in case of a failed/declined payment?
