    Hi,
I am getting 400 errors in my new Woo Webhook in Stripe.
I have identified that these errors are due to Stripe wanting to push ‘event updates’ to my Woo Webhooks. However, these were created with Paid Memberships Pro – PMPRO (which I was using prior to using WooCommerce). I must still use PMPRO to charge the people who purchased subscriptions with us prior to us moving to WooCommerce.

Is there a way to stop the Stripe Webhook to want to push data back to Woo when this data wasn’t originally set up with Woo? I can see my other webhook (screenshot) for Gravity Forms is returning ‘callback bypassed’. Is there a way to do this with Woo when the transactions didn’t originate from woo?

Alternatively, is there a way to approach this issue differently.

    Screenshot of the errors: https://screencast.com/t/lhhE3Evl

    Thank you

    Hey there @fabwintle

Thanks for reaching out, sorry we didn’t get a reply to you sooner – have you had any progress with this?

If I understand correctly, what would help here is for the webhook for your WooCommerce store for Stripe not to listen to events which aren’t related to it, is that correct?

The example you give is that when a payment is successful via PMPRO, your Stripe.com account is trying to push that event back to your WooCommerce store which doesn’t know what to do with it, have I got that correct?

    Thanks,

    Hi there @fabwintle,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Hi folks,

I’m not sure if fabwintle resolved their issue but this is something that’s been on my mind also. I have a client set up with both WooCommerce and PMPro but they’re yet to add any products to the WooCommerce end and so have avoided conflicts thus far, but I’m about to set up another client in a similar fashion so it’s come back to the front of my mind.

Do you have any kind of guide on how best to avoid conflicts like this?

    Cheers,
    Robert

Hi Robert, Sorry I never updated! I gave up and created another stripe ‘account’ under the same account. On the dashboard of stripe, top left, I added a WOO one. So I have the PMPRO going to my old one, the Woo ones going to the new ones. No conflict!
