Webhook and Notification Email Question

    One of my clients has recently linked their CF7 to Zapier via the CF7 Webhook addon.

    However they are no longer getting the notification emails that they normally get. Their webdeveloper has shown that by turning off the plugin they get the notification emails again.

    Is this normal behaviour?
