    Hello,
When I put a short code to a vr, but I received on mobile version message as follows: “Your browser does not have the necessary WebGL support to display this panorama.”

Please advise. I am using the free version at the moment.

    Thanks in advance.

Which browser your are using ?

    Hi @asclepius ,

Can you please give us these pieces of information:

-> The browser you’re using to load the tour (on mobile)?

-> The version of the browser you’re using?

Also, please check if the browser is up to date.

If there is an update available for the browser, update it, clear your browser cache and load the tour again.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

Hiya, it is with Huawei P8Lite phone with latest version of Chrome mobile and Opera Touch.

With cleared cache still the same issue on Chrome mobile and Opera Touch. Both latest versions.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @asclepius ,

Can you give us a link to your published tour?

We’ll test it from our end and see if we find any issues.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
    Here a temporary test link – https://interiora.net/imgbank/produkt/vneck-tee/

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @asclepius ,

We tested the tour link on our multiple devices.

Apparently, the link is not SSL certified.

Right now, it’s HTTP. If you change it to HTTPS, the tour starts working.

We’ve also tested it on Chrome and Opera browsers on mobile devices.

It starts working after adding SSL to the URL.

Change the URL to HTTPS and see if it works now.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hi @asclepius ,

We haven’t heard anything from you in a while.

Let us know if you’re still facing the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi @asclepius ,

We’ll be glad to help you out.

    Thanks.
